1. General Service Agreement

1. These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by Reign Courier Services (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

2. By using our services, you agree to abide by these terms.

2. Service Area & Delivery

1. We offer free delivery to the following communities:

   Morant Bay

   Lysson

   Dumfries

   Retreat

   Prospect

   Leith Hall

   Bamboo River

   Church Corner

   Red Hills

   Cottage Pen

   Morant

   York

   Seaforth

   Duhaney Pen

   Spring Field

   Roselle

   White Horses

   Bottany Bay

2. Deliveries outside of the listed communities will incur an additional fee, which must be paid once delivery is completed.

3. Delivery times typically range from 24–72 hours, but may vary depending on package volume, weather conditions, or unforeseen delays.

3. Customer Responsibilities

1. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details, including name, address, and contact information.

2. If incorrect information is provided and results in a failed delivery, additional charges may apply for redelivery.

3. Customers must be available to receive their package at the agreed delivery location.

4. Package Handling

1. We are not liable for items that are improperly packaged by the sender.

2. We do not ship prohibited items such as hazardous materials, illegal goods, or items restricted by law.

3. Packages must comply with local customs and shipping regulations.

5. Liability & Limitations

1. While we take care in handling all packages, we are not responsible for:

• Damages caused by improper packaging from the sender

• Delays outside of our control (e.g., natural disasters, traffic, public holidays)

• Items lost or damaged once marked as delivered.

6. Payments & Fees

1. All delivery fees (if applicable) must be paid before delivery is confirmed.

2. Free delivery applies only to the listed communities and cannot be transferred or substituted.

3. We accept cash on delivery (COD) and bank transfers. If you decide to use our bank transfer option, please reach out so that the details can be provided to you.

7. Amendments

1. We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

2. Customers will be notified of any major changes via our website or direct communication.

8. Uncollected Packages

1. Customers are expected to collect or accept delivery of their packages within 14 days of arrival.

2. If a package remains uncollected after 14 days, Reign Courier Service reserves the right to auction, resell, or dispose of the package to recover storage and handling costs.

3. Customers will not be entitled to refunds or compensation once the package has been auctioned or disposed of.
